Makes: 2 servings

  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter, plus more for spreading
  • 4 slices  soft whole wheat bread
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  1. Spread 2 tbsp. peanut butter over each of 2 bread slices; top each with half the banana slices, then another bread slice. Trim crusts; cut into bars or cut out shapes with large cookie cutter. Spread cut edges of sammies with more peanut butter. Pour seeds onto plate. Dip edges in seeds to coat.
