Mushroom & Bacon Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 3 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups quartered mushrooms
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

Preparation

In saucepan, cook bacon over medium, 4 minutes. Add mushrooms; cook until browned. Add broth; bring to a boil. Add oats; cook over low, stirring, until oats soften. Season.
