Mixed Greens with "How Low Fat Can You Go" Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons EVOO
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Mixed salad greens

Preparation

In a jar, stir cider vinegar, pomegranate juice and honey. Add EVOO, salt and pepper; shake. Use to dress a salad of greens, pomegranate seeds and pistachios.
