Makes: 4 servings
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup mint sprigs, plus more for garnish
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice, plus lime slices for garnish
- 1 - 1 1/2 cups seltzer
- In pan, simmer sugar and 1 cup water, stirring, until sugar dissolves. Off heat, add mint; steep 20 minutes. Strain; discard mint. Stir in juice. Divide among 4 ice-filled glasses. Top with seltzer; garnish.
