- 3 mangoes, chopped
- 1 1/3 cups buttermilk
- 1/2 cup mango sorbet
- 3 tablespoons chopped crystallized ginger
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/3 cup chopped strawberries, plus more for garnish
In blender, puree first 6 ingredients until smooth. Divide 1/3 cup chopped strawberries among 4 large dessert bowls. Add the soup and chill until ready to serve. Top with more strawberries.
