Ingredients

  • Refiigerated sugar cookie dough
  • Lemon
  • Raspberry preserves

Preparation

Mix grated lemon peel and lemon juice into the dough.

Press into an 8-inch square pan and bake at 350 degrees until the edges are golden, 15 minutes.

When cool, spread with a thin layer of raspberry preserves.
