Jicama Snacks
Makes: 4 servings
- 1 cup jicama matchsticks (1/4 inch by 2 inch)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- Salt
- Chili powder, for dipping
- In medium bowl, toss jicama with lime juice and 1/8 tsp. salt. Transfer to small glass or dish. Serve with chili powder.
