Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest plus 1 tbsp juice
  • 1 cup flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/2 cup EVOO
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon drained capers
Directions
  1. In mini processor, puree all ingredients; season. Drizzle on vegetables or fish.
