- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tablespoons fine dry breadcrumbs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons (rounded) prepared horseradish
- 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
- Kosher salt and pepper
In a small bowl, stir together the applesauce and breadcrumbs and let stand 10 minutes.
Stir in the sour cream, horseradish, and chives; season with salt and pepper. Use to top sliders or serve with fries of your choice as a dipper.
