Makes: 4 servings

  • 4 thawed frozen crepes
  • 4 teaspoons butter, softened
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 teaspoons mustard
  • 1/2 cup grated gruyere
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees . Spread crepes with butter. Divide ham among crepes; top with mustard. Sprinkle with cheese. Fold in half; put on parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 5 minutes. Fold in half again.
