Makes: 6 servings

Ingredients
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 pound ham steak, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 ribs celery, diced
  • 2 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 6 thyme sprigs
  • 2 15 ounce cans  white beans, drained and rinsed
Directions
  1. In pot, simmer all ingredients except beans over medium-high, 10 minutes. Add beans; cover and cook, 10 minutes.
