Makes: 4 servings

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon hot smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pounds boneless beef short ribs
  1. Preheat grill to medium. In bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, oil, garlic, paprika and salt. Rub all over ribs; let sit 10 minutes. Grill on all sides, about 15 minutes for medium-rare. Let sit 10 minutes before thinly slicing.
