Makes: 6 servings
- 4 cups (about 1 lb.) seedless green grapes
- 3 cups ice, plus more for serving
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- Club soda
- Working in 3 batches, puree 1-1/3 cups grapes, 1 cup ice, 1/2 tbsp. lime juice and 1 tbsp. water in a blender. Press each batch into pitcher through fine-mesh sieve. Pour into ice-filled glasses; top with club soda.
