Ginger and Juice
Makes: 2 servings
- 1/2ounce peeled, sliced fresh ginger
- Ice
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- Champagne
- In a cocktail shaker, crush ginger with a muddler or wooden spoon. Fill the shaker with ice and add pineapple juice; shake well. Strain into 2 flutes and top with champagne.
