Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce peeled, sliced fresh ginger
  • Ice
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice
  • Champagne

Preparation

In a cocktail shaker, crush ginger with a muddler or wooden spoon. Fill the shaker with ice and add pineapple juice; shake well. Strain into 2 flutes and top with champagne.
