Ingredients
  • 1 pound tomatoes, seeded
  • 4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle hot sauce
  • 1 cup ice
  • EVOO
Directions
  1. Puree all ingredients except EVOO in blender with ice until smooth. Serve in shot glasses with a splash EVOO.
