Ingredients
  • 8 ounces whole-milk mozzarella, cut in 8 slices
  • 2 egg whites, beaten
  • 1 1/3 cups finely grated Parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons EVOO
  • 2 cups marinara, warmed
Directions
  1. Dip mozzarella in egg whites; coat with Parmesan. Freeze 20 minutes. In skillet, heat EVOO over medium. Cook cheese until golden, 2 minutes per side. Serve with marinara.
