Five-Spice Roast Pear and Fennel

  • Fennel wedges
  • EVOO
  • Brown sugar
  • Chinese five-spice powder
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Toss pear and fennel wedges with EVOO, brown sugar, Chinese five-spice powder, salt and pepper; roast at 500 degrees for about 12 minutes.
