- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup flour
- In medium saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over medium heat. Off heat, whisk in sugar, then eggs, vanilla and salt. Stir in flour. Scrape into parchment-lined 8-inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees until springy in center, 18 minutes. Let cook, then cut into squares.
