- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup small-curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded muenster
- 1/4 cup minced dill
- 1 1.1-lb. box frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Mix egg, cheeses and dill. Cut pastry sheets into 12 rectangles; top each with rounded tablespoon of filling. Wet edges with water, fold over and seal with fork. Brush with butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
