Trick your family with a surprisingly sweet start to their day.

Yield: 1 plate of "bacon" and "eggs"

Ingredients
EGGS:
  • 1 cupcake
  • Melted white chocolate
  • Yellow mini marshmallows
BACON:
  • Red and yellow taffy
Directions
  1. For the eggs: Slice a cupcake horizontally into thin rounds, then cover with melted white chocolate. Place a yellow mini marshmallow "yolk" in the center and microwave for 5 seconds. Cool before serving.
  2. For the bacon: Press together strips of red and yellow taffy, alternating colors, then roll flat with a rolling pin. Trim into 3-inch pieces.
