Ingredients

  • Chopped turkey, apple, celery, scallion and cilantro
  • Dried cranberries
  • Mayo
  • Lemon juice
  • Curry pepper
  • Whole pita pocket

Preparation

Toss together chopped turkey, apple, celery, scallion and cilantro with dried cranberries, mayo, a little lemon juice and a bit of yellow curry powder. Stuff into a whole wheat pita pocket.
