- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 3 cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 4 radishes, cut into thin strips
- In medium bowl, whisk lime juice, sugar, fish sauce and crushed red pepper. Add cucumbers and radishes; toss to coat.
