- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice plus 1/8 tsp zest
- salt and pepper
- In bowl, mix sour cream, mint, cilantro, juice and zest, 14 tsp. salt and 18 tsp. pepper. Serve with sliced apples, pears and pineapple.
