Cranberry Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup natural almonds, chopped
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Preparation

Toss oats, almonds, syrup, oil and cinnamon together. Spread on parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 325 degrees until golden, 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool; stir in cranberries.
