Cran-Walnut Bark
Makes: 4 servings
- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1/3cup dried cranberries
- coarse salt
- In microwave, melt 6 oz. chocolate; stir in remaining 6 oz. chocolate.
- Spread into 1/4-inch-thick rectangle on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Top with remaining ingredients; let sit until firm, 2 hours. Break up.
