Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound peeled shrimp
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup cocktail sauce
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish sauce

Preparation

Season shrimp. Dip in egg; coat with cornmeal. Cook shrimp in hot oil until golden. Mix sauces and serve on side.
