- 1/4cup sugar
- ice
- 1 1/2ounces gin
- 1/2ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 large egg white
- 5 fresh raspberries
- In small saucepan, combine 1/4 cup water and sugar. Cook, stirring, over medium-high heat until sugar dissolves; let cool completely. In shaker filled with ice, combine 1/2 oz. sugar syrup with gin, lemon juice, egg white and raspberries. Shake vigorously until frothy, 1 to 2 minutes. Strain into wine glass.
