- Mixed seeds (such as pumpkin, poppy and sunflower)
- Dried cranberries
- Maple syrup
- Ground cinnamon
- In a saucepan, stir seeds , cranberries, a drizzle maple syrup, a small pat butter and a pinch ground cinnamon over high heat until the syrup thickens. Spoon mounds of mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and let cool.
