Ingredients
  • 1 pint pistachio ice cream, softened
  • 24 chocolate wafer cookies
  • 1/2 cup chocolate shell topping, such as Magic Shell
  • 1/2 cup roasted, salted pistachios, chopped
Directions
  1. Sandwich ice cream between cookies; freeze until firm, 20 minutes. Dip edges in chocolate topping; roll in nuts. Serve immediately or freeze.
