- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 bunches swiss chard, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
In large saucepan, crisp bacon; drain. In 2 tbsp. bacon fat, cook onion and garlic. Add chard, broth and tomatoes; cook 25 minutes. Sprinkle with bacon.
