Buttery Grapefruit Brulee
Makes: 4 servings
- 2 grapefruite, halved crosswise
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 6 tablespoons raw sugar
- Cut around grapefruit sections to loosen segments; discard seeds. Dot each half with butter; sprinkle with sugar. Broil until speckled brown, 4 to 6 minutes.
