Yield: 1 3/4 cups
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 4 tablespoons chopped scallions
- In blender, puree first four ingredients with 1 tsp. hot sauce and 3 tbsp. scallions; season. Transfer to bowl; top with remaining scallions and hot sauce. Serve with veggies.
