Yield: 24 bites

  • 3/4 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 24 half-inch-thick baguette slices, toasted
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 6 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high. Season chicken and grill 4 to 6 minutes per side. In small bowl, mix mayo, sriracha and lime juice; spread half the sauce on toasts. Slice chicken; divide among toasts. Top with carrots, radishes and cilantro. Drizzle with remaining sauce.
