- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup vanilla dairy-free frozen dessert (made from soy or coconut milk), such as Tofutti
- In blender, mix almond milk, ice cubes, almonds and vanilla until smooth. Add frozen dessert and blend until smooth. Pour into glass.
