Roast Broccolini and Beans

2 bunches Broccolini, trimmed 1 pound string beans, trimmed 4 cloves garlic, crushed 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO) Salt and pepper



Preheat the oven to 425°. On a baking sheet, toss the vegetables and garlic with the EVOO; season with salt and pepper. Roast until crisp at the edges, 15 to 18 minutes.
