Can't sleep? Here's how we foodies like to get more ZZZs.

Snuggle up with a fellow foodie. It's called spooning, after all.

Snack on animal crackers and sip a tall glass of milk.

Read a foodie book, like Candyfreak by Steve Almond (Algonquin Books), to sweeten your dreams.

Pour yourself a Mint Julep Hot Toddy (a nip of liquor mixed with hot water, honey or sugar, and spices).

When all else fails, count lamb chops.
