Freeze seasonal fruit to enjoy all year long. Leave berries and pitted cherries whole, but slice melons and stone fruit into wedges. Spread in a single layer on a parchment-paper-lined baking sheet, sprinkle with sugar and freeze until solid. Transfer to a freezer bag and freeze for up to 1 year.
