Ugly Betty's ice queen shares a day in the life.

6:45 a.m.  Our mornings are pretty methodical. I get up and wake my daughter, Sasha, who's 7. She goes to a new school where they wear uniforms, which makes things easy.

7:30 a.m.  Sasha's not a big breakfast person, but I get her to eat some cereal. I get Harley Pasternack's 5-Factor Diet home delivery meals, so I eat whatever he's making that day—pancakes or an egg burrito.

8:15 a.m.  I drop Sasha off at school—she has a field trip today.

Noon  Set call. We're shooting today with the phenomenal Betty White. She's in her mid-80s and has the stamina of a 20-year-old!

2 p.m.  Billy, our craft-services person, always has a Fuze drink waiting for me. I bring lunch from my delivery service—a turkey burger with minestrone soup.

7 p.m.  Dinner tonight is Cuban pork with a salad.

I love baking— lemon squares or anything chocolate. My biggest weakness is warm homemade bread with butter.

Midnight  We snack on pretzels. There's a New York pretzel cart on set because the show takes place in New York—but we film in L.A.

2 a.m.  We shot until late. Now I'm off to the airport—I'm going to an event for HomeAgain's Bring Pets Home Campaign, which advocates microchip identification for dogs. I'm a big animal lover and would have lost my dog, Enzo, last year for good if he hadn't had a microchip.

2:30 a.m.  Tonight, I'm sleeping on the plane on the way to New York City. We have tomorrow off, but our next set call is the day after. Back in L.A. at 5 a.m.—that's just the nature of shooting a TV show!
