Sweet 16 Party

Actress Aleisha Allen is turning 16. We figured this Hollywood starlet (pictured opposite, center, with her cousin Damaya and younger brother, Omarri) deserved one seriously sweet 16th birthday party, so we threw her an over-the-top, sugar-coated, all-dessert feast.
