ABC Sandwich

MAKES ONE SANDWICH




5 slices bacon 2 slices multigrain bread 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 Granny Smith apple, cored and sliced



In a medium skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crisp, then drain on a paper towel. Spread the bread with the mustard, then cover 1 slice with the cheddar cheese and the bacon. Top with the apple slices and the other bread slice. Slice diagonally.
