We love deviled eggs! They’re the perfect finger food for any party or picnic and make a great anytime-snack too. So when we saw @Loreleiannmarie316′s avocado deviled eggs we knew we had found this week’s featured cook. To mix it up and eat clean, she filled the hard boiled eggs with seasoned avocado. Delish!

Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries, we love them all! Not only are these little gems full of antioxidants, they’re also great in any dish from salads to main courses. One of our favorite ways to use these colorful beauties though is in desserts, which is why we chose Josie as this week’s Featured Cook! Her mixed berry cream puffs made us what to take advantage of these seasonal faves and whip up a berry dessert ASAP. Thanks for sharing your photos, Josie, we can’t wait to see what you make next!

Grilling season is upon us and we couldn’t be more excited, which is why we loved this photo from @Theresamarie_xo showing off her creative “grillz skillz.” Grilling salmon in banana leaves? That’s genius! As we’re all about trying different foods on the barbeque such as watermelon, coleslaw and even doughnuts, we had to choose her as this week’s Featured Cook. Congrats Theresa, we cant wait to see what you cook up next!

This week’s Featured Cook, The Sparkle Kitchen, has delighted us week after week with her tasty food photos of everything from empanadas to ravioli and granola to cupcakes. We especially loved this photo of her “his and hers” meals because it reminded us that half the fun of dining is eating with someone else–even when they’re not eating the same thing as you! While we don’t necessarily see ourselves making two separate meals for dinner anytime soon, we appreciated The Sparkle Kitchen’s carnitas for him and sweet potato, chevre cheese, crushed red pepper hash with cilantro, avocado, tomato and corn for her. Thanks for sharing your photos with us and we can’t wait to see what you cook up next!

#RRWhatchaCookin: Mckenna

Every week, we check out YOUR food photos on Instagram and pick a “Whatcha Cookin’ Wednesday Featured Cook of the Week! Thank you to everyone for your continued participation, we truly love seeing what you’re making at home. Although, if we’re being honest, choosing only one cook to feature is getting harder and harder as the photos keep getting better and better. Keep up the great work!

After continually impressing us with her gorgeous food photos, we chose McKenna as this week’s featured cook based on her rosemary potatoes photo which resonated with us for its simplicity. With Memorial Day just around the corner and the focus often on main dishes like burgers and ribs, this photo reminded us to not forget the importance of side dishes too, as even the simplest ones–like this–can steal the spotlight! Great job, McKenna!

This week, Brooke D. impressed us with her version of Rachael’s 30-Minute Chipotle Stroganoff Meal! We were so glad to hear it was “soo delicious” and hope you’ll be making more of Rachael’s recipes.

Chipotles in adobo sauce, dried, smoked jalapenos in a chile-vinegar paste, are one of Rach’s fave ingredients to add a spicy hot kick and add a ton of flavor to any dish!
