Ah, the weekend. The time of the week where traditional daily schedules are meant to be broken. You can wake up at 1 p.m. and not be judged for eating breakfast. You can spend all day in the kitchen whipping up something fabulous for dinner, and not have to worry if it’s on the table right at 6 p.m. sharp. You can snack all day on whatever your heart desires. And snacking is what we’re encouraging today! Our Instagram #SnackAttack is well under way, as our staff shares photos of their favorite sweet and salty cravings. But during the weekend when we have more time to spend in the kitchen, we like our snacks to be homemade. Here’s a fun, fast and healthy idea: Try making our Spicy Veggie Sliders. You can nibble on one or two without feeling guilty, but they’ll keep you full until dinnertime. Plus, you can make extra and save the leftovers for Meatless Monday!
