Ba, Ba Blackberries!

Once considered a weed, blackberries have definitely made a comeback, sneaking into all sorts of pies, sauces, cocktails and parfaits.  But these burgundy beauties have a savory side, too! Regardless of how you want to use them, blackberries are at their most ripe, delicate and  flavor-packed state in the late summer, meaning you should definitely pick up a farm-fresh carton this weekend and use them right away in these recipes (if they don’t all end up in your stomach, first!):

Blackberry Cornbread

Blackberry-Molasses Ribs

Brie and Blackberry Jam on Toast

Blackberry-Ginger Sour Highballs
