Looking for your morning caffeine fix without sweating over a hot latte? Skip the deli line and make your own iced coffee! Your french press will become your summertime BFF.
Pour 1 1/2 cups coarsely ground coffee into a french press. Cover with 8 cups room temperature water, stir then let sit for a minimum of 12 hours.
Slowly push down on lid until you’ve pressed all of the coffee to the bottom of the pitcher.
Pour coffee into a large container and refrigerate, or pour directly over ice and enjoy immediately. You may need to dilute the coffee with extra water, depending on how strong you like it.
