This spirited drink is cool enough to be the ultimate summer sipper.
Makes: 2 servings
Prep: 5 mins
- 4 ounces gin
- 2 ounces fresh lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons superfine sugar
- 6 ounces cold club soda
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add the gin, lemon juice and sugar. Shake well and strain into 2 tall glasses filled with ice cubes. Top with club soda and stir gently.
