Cranberry-Lime Relish

  • 1 bag  (12 oz.) fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 teaspoons chopped, seeded jalapeno chile
  • 1 lime, juiced and zested
  1. In a food processor, pulse the cranberries, brown sugar, onion, jalapeno, lime juice and lime zest until finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate until chilled.
