- 1 bag (12 oz.) fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 2 teaspoons chopped, seeded jalapeno chile
- 1 lime, juiced and zested
- In a food processor, pulse the cranberries, brown sugar, onion, jalapeno, lime juice and lime zest until finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate until chilled.
