- 3 shallots, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Prepare the green beans in the Sweet and Saucy Shrimp recipe through Step 1 as directed; set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the shallots in the oil over medium heat until tender, about 4 minutes. Add the cooked green beans, heat through and season with salt and pepper.
