Try this versatile side dish with any meat, poultry or fish dish that could use a touch of green.

  • 3 shallots, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Prepare the green beans in the Sweet and Saucy Shrimp recipe through Step 1 as directed; set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the shallots in the oil over medium heat until tender, about 4 minutes. Add the cooked green beans, heat through and season with salt and pepper.
