- 32 ounces unsalted french fries
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 6 cloves garlic, grated
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Bake the french fries according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a small skillet, heat the oil over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and cook until golden, about 2 minutes.
- Toss the fries with the garlic oil and parsley; season with salt and pepper.
