- Whole wheat Skillet Pizza Dough
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
- 2/3 cup chopped walnuts
- Knead cranberries and walnuts into dough. Cut into 8 pieces and roll into balls. Place the balls on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour. Bake at 375 degrees until golden, about 25 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving with butter.
